Communication and Reporting Skills

Turn testing evidence into clear questions, reports, decisions, and action—with responsible AI support.

概要

Good testing creates value only when people can understand the evidence, the remaining risks, and what needs to happen next.

Communication and Reporting Skills is an independent, self-paced mini-course designed to help software testers communicate with clarity, accuracy, and professional judgment. You will learn to investigate technical documents, extract testable rules and open questions, listen actively, ask useful questions, and disagree or escalate without blame.

The course also shows you how to write concise asynchronous updates and decision-ready testing reports. You will learn to keep activity, progress, results, coverage, risk, forecast, confidence, blockers, and decisions separate so that your reporting does not create false certainty.

You will also explore how AI can support document review, summaries, and report drafting without becoming your oracle, inventing unsupported information, or replacing your judgment.

The course includes approximately 60 minutes of video learning across two parts. After each part, you can continue in Play Lab with QA Voice Coach, practicing clarification, status reporting, escalation, and difficult conversations through realistic testing scenarios.
