5.6 Service emails. Receipts, renewal reminders, security notices and other messages about your Account or Plan are part of the Services. Unsubscribing from a newsletter does not stop them.

5.7 Email provider. We send these emails through an email service provider (see Section 9).

6. AI model processing through the Model Router

6.1 How it works. Our AI Features use a Model Router. You can choose among several AI models from different AI Providers. When you use an AI Feature, we send your input to the AI Provider of the model you chose, and that AI Provider returns the AI Output.

6.2 What is sent. Depending on the feature, this may include your prompts, the files or test artifacts you submit, earlier messages in the same session and, where relevant, Voice Data or transcripts.

6.3 AI Providers by category. We use these categories of AI Providers:

  • Large language model providers, which generate text and other AI Output from your input.
  • Speech and audio processing providers, where a feature processes Voice Data.

6.4 AI Provider practices. Each AI Provider handles the data it receives under its own terms.

6.5 Your choices. You choose which model, and so which AI Provider, processes your input.

6.6 Please do not include sensitive personal data, confidential business information or other people’s personal data in AI inputs unless you have the right to share it. See the Terms of Service, Section 15.5.

8. Payments
