1.1 This Notice explains how Tokenizer relates to the Services Mettatonic Corporation (“we”) offers under the Shade of Hue brand. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service, Section 2.
1.2 Tokenizer (tokenizer.3thfloor.com) is a Partner Lab. A third party runs it, not Mettatonic.
2. Who runs Tokenizer
2.1 Tokenizer is operated by a third party. Its operator is responsible for the terms and privacy rules that apply to Tokenizer.
3. Which rules apply
3.1 When you use Tokenizer, the operator’s rules and practices for Tokenizer apply.
3.2 When you reach Tokenizer from the Services, you must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy (Terms of Service, Section 15).
3.3 Our Terms of Service and Policies continue to apply to your use of our Services.
4. Data shared between us and Tokenizer
4.1 If we share personal data with Tokenizer, or receive personal data from it, we will describe that here and in our Privacy Policy.

5.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for Tokenizer’s content, availability, security or privacy practices.
